Available for children aged 3 months - 5 years at both Corby East Midlands International Pool and Lodge Park Sports Centre. The times are perfect if you want to swim, go to the gym, go to a group exercise class or even go shopping. Children up to 8 years of age can also attend with siblings during school holidays at Corby Pool.
Creche sessions can be booked up to 1 week in advance.
Payment is required at time of booking.

Additional services such as Drop 'n' Shop (enables you to leave site while we watch your child) and Bring 'n' Swim (where we watch your child while you exercise, and if in the pool, a member of staff with then bring your child at a pre-arranged time to pool side for free) is available at Corby Pool. Parents of twins or multiples may also be interested in our Twins on Tuesday support group. Ask for more details.

Fun pre-school gym and movement classes for children, delivered by our enthusiastic team. These sessions helps to develop social, physical, education, imagination and co-ordination skills. Due to limited spaces parents are advised to pre-book sessions. Sessions can be booked weekly. Additional soft play sessions run throughout the holiday periods.
Every Thursday during school term time.

General information for all swimming sessions: Booking is for one individual in all pools, except the Pirate Pool.
24hrs notice is required for a full refund/transfer.

50m Slow/Leisure Lane
Takes place in our Main Pool, with 1.8m depth, and 50m length. This is a wider space for you to swim at your leisure.
Must be able to swim 50m confidently.
No floatation aids permitted in Main Pool.
50m Medium Lane
Takes place in our Main Pool, with 1.8m depth, and 50m length. Medium lane ability, single lane swim.
Must be able to swim 50m confidently.

50m Fast Lane

Family Fun Float Session
Takes place in a 1m depth pool, plenty of floats available for everyone to enjoy.
This session can be in either the 20m or the end of the main pool.

Supervised Public Diving
1m, 3m spring boards and 5m fixed board available to use, consists of a 10 minute health and safety briefing and 45 minutes diving.
Minimum age of six years, and all ages must be able to swim 25m and be confident in very deep water (4 metre depth).
All rules enforced by the lifeguard must be followed.
Admission policy applies.
Parent & Toddler
Takes place in our 20m pool, 1 metre depth, one of our warmer pools, suitable for all ages.
Use of pre-school floats and toys available.
Disability/Additional Needs
Takes place in our 20m pool, 1 metre depth, one of our warmer pools.
Hoist and accessible stairs available. Carers must also book into this session.
SEN leisure swim sessions
Designed for individuals with disabilities or additional needs.
The monthly sessions are held on Saturdays outside of our normal opening hours, taking place in the 20m pool which is a warmer pool with accessible stairs and a hoist.
Our facility also offers x2 fully equipped changing rooms for individuals that require a hoist and movable bed to aid them in getting ready for the session.
Pre booking your space in advance is always recommended as our pools operate on maximum bather loads and we staff accordingly. Please note that these sessions are not instructor led.

Takes place in our 20m pool, 1m depth.
Leisure Swim 20m Pool
Takes place in our 20m pool. 1metre in depth, suitable for all ages.
Under 5`s Pirate Pool
Takes place in our Pirate Pool, also known as Fun Pool. Aimed at younger children, with tipping buckets, bubble field, and pirate ship slide. One of our warmer pools.
Bookings for this pool are for x1 adult and x2 children under the age of 5 years. The booking must be made using the adult’s account.
