Wellbeing Walks

Walking is a perfect form of exercise. No equipment is required, it’s cheap and anyone can do it regardless of their fitness ability. More than that, walking helps to reduce stress, improves physical and mental wellbeing and is a great way to socialise and make new friends if you join a local walking group.

There are a number of regular weekly walks that run in North Northamptonshire, ranging from a 45 minute walk to walks over 90 minutes in duration, and you will have the chance to sample some beautiful countryside and iconic landmarks - so get involved!

We are now looking for volunteer walk leaders!

Walk leaders provide a safe, supportive and welcoming space for participants of all abilities to enjoy low-level activity, to meet new people and enjoy paths and greenspaces within their local area.
