Charlie - Exercise referral instructor

My name is Charlie and I work as an Exercise Referral Instructor at both Lodge Park Sports Centre and Corby East Midlands International Pool. As well as keeping the gym clean and tidy I also provide gym programmes, inductions and take appointments for people that have been referred to us by medical professionals who think exercise will benefit them and their conditions.

I've worked for NNL for 3 years now

2. What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is when I see someone who has been referred see genuine improvements in their health by becoming more active.

3. How do you unwind after work?

I unwind by training regularly, my favourite Egym machine is the Seated Back Row. This is the machine I am using in the photo.

4. Which flavour of ice cream do you prefer?

My favourite flavour of ice cream is Ben and Jerry's Cookie Dough.
