With almost 2,000 active users, EGYM continues to be a highly popular feature at Lodge Park Sports Centre, attracting regular participation from members. The smart strength training system provides personalised workouts and progress tracking, helping members of all ages and abilities improve their fitness, strength and overall wellbeing.

 

The equipment is in use for most of the day, demonstrating its popularity with members and the growing demand for technology-supported fitness programmes. EGYM continues to play an important role in helping local residents stay active and achieve their health goals.
