mental Health awareness week

Mental Health Awareness Week is Monday 12th to Friday 18th May. This year it's all about celebrating Community, and how being part of a community can support our mental health and wellbeing. Communities connect, support, and give us a sense of belonging and purpose. From local to global, online to in-person, we all need community.


We are so proud to be supporting the Mental Health Foundation next week by highlighting some of the communities and activities/sessions you can be apart of within our facilities.


Keep an eye on our social media pages to learn about how you can get involved. Are you already part of one of our communities? Like for example our Fitness community (if you are part of any of our group exercise classes, gym) Golfing community, Wellbeing walks or Buggy walks communities.


Make time in your day to think about your mental health and what you can do to boost yours! One of the leisure team has recently started focusing on improving her fitness, by being part of the aqua classes and the gym she already notices how she leaves the sessions with a bounce in her step and feels refreshed!
