Step into Spring: Embrace National Walking Month

May is National Walking month, it's an annual initiative that promotes walking as a free, easy, and accessible form of exercise and transportation. Encourages individuals, communities, and organisations to host walking challenges, share walking routes, and raise awareness about the health benefits associated with regular walking.

Come along and try our fun, friendly and FREE walks, many have the opportunity to have a chat and coffee afterwards. We have over 20 walks located across North Northamptonshire, many of our walks are suitable for wheelchairs and 7 of them are designated accessible walks designed for people with limited mobility. To learn more about the locations and times of walks please visit our website: https://www.northnorthants.gov.uk/walking-and-cycling/wellbeing-walks
